What is the Clockwork Door?List Item 1
The Clockwork door is a new concept social space and venue that we have called a "TimeHouse". We have a lot going on; a mix of Board game cafe, intimate venue, study space, hostel common room, lecture hall, and your own living room in the city center.

Is your room wheelchair accessible?
Unfortunately not at this time. We are located on the first floor, without elevator access.

Do I need to make a booking?List Item 2
Technically no, but for our Escape rooms and events it is highly recommended to book in advance. Our social space is always welcoming to new friends.

How much does it cost?List Item 3
We have different fees for our attractions. Our social space charges €0.15 cent per minute of your time with us, which works out to be €9 for a full hour. Events are ticketed, and pricing for escape rooms starts at €20 per person.

When are you open?List Item 4
Our hours are 12:00 to 22:00
on weekends and 14:00 to 22:00 on Weekdays.
you can book into our escape room from 12 noon everyday.

What do people do at the Clockwork Door?
What ever you like to do. As a social space we don't try to push any product or activity on you. We just want you to have the best time possible, for as long as possible.

Are there any rules
We have three rules.
- Respect the Place
- Respect the other guests
- Respect Yourself.
The clockwork is strictly a non alcoholic venue. Anyone carrying in alcoholic drinks, or clearly intoxicated will be refused entry.

What is your escape room cancelation policy?
Usually we can reschedule a booking with no charge if we are notified at least 48 hours in advance.
We can reschedule for 50% of the booking fee within this time.
We can fully refund a booking up to 4 hour after a being submitted, or for cancellations requested more than 2 weeks in advance.
